We strive to make your learning experience flexible, accessible, and valuable. This page explains how refunds and cancellations work when you enroll through www.drdavidgoiz.com.


By purchasing or accessing a course, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms & Conditions.


1. All Sales Are Final
Because our courses provide full access to digital training, recorded content, and live sessions, all purchases are:
non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.
Once access is granted, refunds are not available — including if:
your schedule changes or personal circumstances arise,
you do not start or complete the course,
you prefer a different pace or teaching style,
time-zone conflicts prevent you from joining live sessions,
your device or internet does not meet technical requirements.


We encourage prospective learners to contact us with questions before enrolling — we want you to feel confident about your decision.


2. Lifetime Access
Your enrollment includes lifetime access to:
recorded course content,
live sessions included in the course,
updates or added materials when available.
“Lifetime access” means continued access for as long as the course remains hosted on our platform. From time to time, we may update or retire materials to maintain quality, without obligation to issue refunds.


3. Digital Delivery & Immediate Access
Courses are delivered online. Access to content typically begins right after purchase.
Because digital content cannot be “returned,” and you receive significant value instantly, payments are non-refundable once access is provided either automatically by the system or manually.


4. Cancellation Policy
Enrollment in Dr David Goiz Biomagnetism Courses may be cancelled at any time.
However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund, in whole or in part, because digital course access and lifetime learning materials are delivered upon enrollment and updated frequeantly * nearly every week.
Cancelling stops future participation only — it does not reverse charges or change the non-refundability of access already granted.


5. UK, EU & Ireland — Cooling-Off Rights
If you are located in the United Kingdom, European Union, or Ireland, consumer law may normally provide a 14-day cooling-off period for digital content.
By enrolling, you request immediate access and acknowledge that once access is granted, you waive the right to withdraw, as allowed under applicable legislation.
This does not remove any statutory rights you may have if digital content is faulty or not delivered as described.


6. Technology Requirements
Learners are responsible for ensuring compatible devices, software, and reliable internet.
We’re happy to help troubleshoot, but technology issues on the learner’s side do not qualify for refunds.


7. Fair Use of Your Account
Access is licensed to a single learner. Sharing login credentials, copying materials, or redistributing content is not permitted.
Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.


8. Billing Errors (Limited Exception)
If a duplicate charge or clear billing error occurs, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
We will review promptly and correct any verified error.


9. Chargebacks
Chargebacks should only be used for genuine fraud or confirmed billing mistakes.
Improper chargebacks may result in suspension of access and recovery of associated costs where legally permitted. Please contact us first — we are here to help.


10. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy periodically to stay clear, fair, and compliant. Continued use of the courses means you accept the updated Policy.
